Dime Cash Tracker Account Deletion

This page explains how a Dime Cash Tracker user can request deletion of their app account and associated data outside of the app.

How to request deletion

1. Email contact.dimecashtracker@gmail.com.
2. Use the subject line: Dime Cash Tracker account deletion request.
3. Include the phone number registered with your Dime Cash Tracker account.
4. If possible, mention your display name and any cashbook names linked to your account to help us identify the correct record faster.

What deletion includes

• Removal of the app account associated with the verified request.
• Removal of user profile records and notification token records managed for that account.
• Removal or disassociation of app data connected to that account, except where retention is required for legitimate operational, fraud prevention, security, or legal reasons.

Important note

Some transaction or operational records may need to be retained for legitimate business, security, fraud prevention, or legal compliance reasons. Where retention is necessary, the retained data will be limited to what is required for those purposes.
